In 1938, Irv Kovens founded Parkway Machine Company.

In 1988, Founder Irv Kovens passed away; Ed Kovens named President.

In 1992, Parkway Machine Company purchased the Advanced Sticker machine company (flat vending) in CA.

In 1993, A&A Powder Coating Launches.

In 1994, A&A Tool & Die Lanches.

In 1995, Koko's Confectionary & Novelty is launched.

In 1999, Steve Kovens & Brian Kovens named Executive Vice President. The name of the company was changed to A&A Global Industries.

In 2004, A&A Global Industries moves to a new facility in Cockeysville, MD.

In 2009, A&A Global Industries begins selling Candy Crane Mixes.

In 2010, A&A Global launches the plush division.

In 2012, A&A Global introduces the crane & merchandiser division.

In 2013, A&A Global reveals the redemption division.

In 2014, A&A Global adds teh crayon division.

In 2015, A&A Opens the redemption division office in Kansas City.

In 2016, A&A Global is supplied with 100% renewable energy.

In 2018, A&A Global purchases Store on Wheels. A new office is opened in Pennsauken, NJ.

In 2019, A&A Global purchases Play Time Toys. A new distribution center is opened in Orlando, FL.

In 2020, A&A Global purchases HMS Monaco.
